Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the CyberPlug website and platform (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

CyberPlug is a compliance intelligence platform that connects to your systems, maps your security controls to the frameworks you answer to, and helps you collect and maintain audit evidence. We may update, improve, or change the Services over time.

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Services, and you are responsible for the activity that happens under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you will not:

• Access data or systems you are not authorised to access.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law.
• Use the Services to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.

You retain ownership of the data you connect to or submit through the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to connect your systems and share that data with CyberPlug for processing under our Privacy Policy.

The Services integrate with third-party tools you choose to connect. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

CyberPlug and its licensors own all rights in the Services, including the software, design, and content, excluding your data. These terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Services as permitted here.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. CyberPlug supports your compliance work but does not provide legal advice, and does not guarantee any particular audit outcome or regulatory result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyberPlug will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the Services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CyberPlug is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
